🎡 Multi Wheel Spinner
Run up to four independent wheels side by side. Give each wheel its own name and its own list, then spin them one at a time or all together. Useful when one decision needs several answers at once — a meal, a drink and a film; or a task, a day and a person. Free, browser-only, no login.
Your wheel names and options stay in your browser. They are not saved between visits and are never included in the Share this tool link, which only ever shares this page's public address. If you use Open in Multi Wheel on another tool, that list travels between the two pages using your browser's own session storage: it is removed the moment it is read here, it is never put in the web address, it is never sent to analytics, and it is never transmitted to our servers.
How the wheels work
How does each wheel pick a result?
Each wheel selects its result at random before its animation starts. It then calculates the exact final rotation needed to land that result under its own pointer. The displayed result always matches where that wheel visually stops.
Do the wheels affect each other?
No. Every wheel keeps its own list, its own rotation and its own result. Spin All simply starts each wheel at the same moment — each one still chooses its own outcome independently.
Why do the controls lock while spinning?
Editing a list while its wheel is turning could make the wheel announce a segment it did not land on. While any wheel is spinning, edits are refused rather than stored up and applied afterwards, so what you see is always what was actually spun.
How to use the multi wheel spinner
- Name each wheel so you can tell the results apart — for example Dinner and Film.
- Type the options for each wheel, one per line.
- Press Spin on a single wheel, or Spin All to run them together.
- Use + Add Wheel for up to four wheels, or × to remove one.
- Reset All clears everything back to two empty wheels.
Common uses
- Planning a night out — food, drink and activity in one go
- Classroom stations — pick a group, a task and a time limit together
- Picking a random name and a random prize at the same time
- Workout planning — exercise, reps and rest interval
- Any decision with more than one variable to settle
Frequently asked questions
Is this free?
Yes, completely free with no limits and nothing to install.
How many wheels can I use at once?
Up to four. The page starts with two wheels and you can add a third and fourth, or remove wheels back down to one.
Are the wheels independent?
Yes. Each wheel has its own name, its own list of options and its own result. Nothing is shared or copied between wheels.
What does Spin All do?
It spins every wheel that has at least two options at the same time. Each wheel picks its own result independently, and every wheel stops on the segment it selected.
Can I change the options while the wheels are spinning?
No. While any wheel is spinning the option boxes, wheel names, Shuffle, Add Wheel, Remove and Reset are locked. Changing a list mid-spin could make a wheel report a segment it did not land on, so the change is refused rather than queued.
Is my list saved or sent anywhere?
Your wheel names and options stay in the page in your browser and are not sent to us as a form submission. They are not saved between visits, and they are never included in the Share this tool link. Standard analytics may still record page usage, not your lists.
Does every wheel land on the result it shows?
Yes. Each wheel chooses its result first, then works out the exact rotation needed to bring that segment to rest under its pointer. The animation never decides the outcome.
